Wellness Coaching for All Ages

No one wants to be sick, take pills, or suffer the devastating side effects of illness. Diabetes has become epidemic in the US, as has obesity. So many people are lonely, frazzled, grieving, or just plain over-scheduled. Often we fall into unhealthy habits just to get through the day.

With a few small changes in your daily routine profound health benefits can be achieved. I spend much of my day in patient education, helping people understand their diabetes, arthritis, obesity and other troubles. This has prompted me to pursue advanced education in preventative medicine and wellness.

I want to help people prevent these conditions, in addition to treating the effects. I recently completed classwork through Harvard Medical School in Lifestyle Medicine to promote patient wellness.
